Remember that the livestock "Availabilities" are considered more like probabilities. In dealing with many different resources, availability can change in a few hours. Our availability indicators are typically assessed over a period of weeks. Don't hesitate to order something "Low" or "Rare" as your request will likely be filled if there is new livestock landing at the time of your order.
